No Smoking: Our home is smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted in the garden area. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
No Eating in Bedrooms: Kindly refrain from consuming food or beverages in the bedrooms.
Energy Conservation: Help conserve energy by turning off the AC when opening windows or leaving the property.
Recycling: Utilize the recycling bins located under the sink. When full, please deposit trash in the designated containers outside the property.
Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels low after 10 PM. No parties, events, or loud gatherings. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.
Security Measures: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.
Fire Safety: fire extinguishers for your safety are located next to the exit doors.
Check-Out Time: till 11:00 AM. Prior to departure, please empty the fridge and dispose of all food and beverages. Take out the trash.
